Recently added to Ritchey’s legendary WCS line-up of high-level components, the Switch stem now enjoys the legacy of the rainbow stripe WCS logo and the numerous World Champions that have won on Ritchey. The front of the Ritchey WCS Switch stem features the tried-and-true Ritchey C220 handlebar clamp design seen on many Ritchey stems, but we've increased its width for additional stiffness. We’ve also rotated the clamping area a few degrees downward to create a flatter and more aerodynamic top stem section.

But wait, there’s more! The front of the WCS Switch stem also includes a reversible accessory mount. Designed to accommodate accessories such as cycling computers, cameras, and power meter head units, this mount is completely hidden within the front clamp of the stem until you decide to mount your favorite accessory.

Aside from all of that, everything else on this innovative stem is new and designed to stealthily conceal cables into the headset and frame. Up to three cables – such as for the rear brake, shifter, electronic drivetrain or even dropper post - are effortlessly integrated with the Ritchey Switch System spacers and Switch headset (both sold separately) to cleanly route the hidden cables into the frame. The Ritchey WCS Switch stem includes a matching compression cap.

The Ritchey Switch System is an innovative integrated system designed to easily conceal internally routed cables, wires, and hydraulic lines from the handlebar into bicycle frames with straight 1.5" head tubes together with tapered 1-1/8" – 1.5" forks. The Switch System consists of three elements:
